About Larry

Larry Andre is a lifelong entrepreneur, resident of Cypress, and adjunct professor who has dedicated his life to helping others.
As a former union tradesmen, he worked with hands to build projects in North Orange County. From there, Larry got accredited as an adjunct professor, working at Santa Ana College.
Larry spent his time as a professor preparing students to join the trades. Understanding that there is no one right path, he worked with his students to find their passion, and point them in the right direction.
That experience is why Larry is running for North OC Community College board. He has been in the classrooms with students, know what drives them, and as your next trustee, he will empower the students of North OC to find their passion and meet their potential.
Priorities
Student Success
Larry will work with our schools to host events with trades unions on each campus. A job in the trades is a job for Orange County's future.
Smart Budgeting
Larry will fight for smart budgets that prioritize STEM, non-traditional education, and incentives that promote student success.
Foster a Safe, Open Environment
College is where students learn to think and defend their ideas. Larry will work to promote healthy discourse in a safe environment so students can meet their potential.
